RESERVATIONS
Users may request reservations in advance, by telephone, Internet, or fax, directly addressing to "El Rincón de Cabañeros"
The requested services shall be considered firm, after sending (if required) of the reservation sheet, signed and accepted, and attaching the proof of deposit requested in each case.
CANCELLATIONS
At any time, the user can waive the requested or booked services, having the right to the return of the amounts that he would have paid, whether it is the total price or the deposit, but must compensate the management and cancellation costs to "El Rincón de Cabañeros".
- Management and Cancellation Costs: it covers costs caused by management of informatics booking, documentation and bank costs for returning back money. These costs would suppose 10 percent of the total amount.
- Penalties: Notwithstanding the above, the user or consumer would be charged, in addition, a penalty of the total amount of rates consisting of:
Between 15 and 11 days before arriving date, 5%
Between 10 and 3 days before arriving date, 15%
Between 48 – 0 hours before arriving date, 25%
Any cancellation or do not come along in the agreed date for the provision of services booked, does not have the right to return any of the amount paid, except by force majeure demonstrable or agreement between the parties in another direction.
In the same way, and in the same proportion would proceed, in case of partial cancellation or reducing the number of booked services.
